IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
All of our OPEN BOUNCE sessions are now for mixed ages. In order for any youngster to enjoy the activity we advise that they must be of walking age.
All children aged 4 years old or younger MUST be accompanied by a paying adult on the trampolines at all times and purchase the correct ticket for the session. Failure to comply with this accompanying rule will result in being asked to leave the trampolines.
Our specialised Spring Tots sessions are for children of walking age up to 5 years old and their accompanying adults ONLY.
IS THERE A WEIGHT/HEIGHT RESTRICTION?
Yes, as with all trampolines there is a weight limit, ours is 17.5 stone. There is no limit on height.
ARE SOCKS REQUIRED AND ARE OTHER PARK SOCKS PERMITTED?
Yes our Spring City gripper socks are required to bounce. Due to our latest hygiene procedures in light of Covid- 19, socks will already be included in each of the ticket price sessions as socks are no longer reusable.
Other parks socks are not permitted.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FEEL UNWELL PRIOR TO MY VISIT?
If you have any of the following symptoms prior to arrive to the park then you must not travel and contact us at your earliest opportunity.
The symptoms include: A new or continuous cough, a high temperature, a lack of taste or change of smell.

WHAT MEASURES ARE IN PLACE AGAINST THE SPREAD OF COVID-19?
We have implemented social distancing measures in all of our queuing systems, cafe and around the park.
We are currently carrying out temperature checks on the main entrance to the park.
We have hand sanitiser stations located around the park and insist on use before and after use on the trampolines.
Our gripper socks are now included in the price of your ticket to ensure a fresh pair is worn at every session and adhere to stricter hygiene measures.
A daily deep clean schedule is in place to ensure a thorough clean of the equipment and park.
SHOULD I BOOK IN ADVANCE AND WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Yes, all bookings must now take place in advance as we cannot process a walk in booking.
A new A of T ( waiver) and the safety briefing video must be watched prior to arrival to the park.
We advise that you arrive 20-30 minutes before your jump time as queues are likely and adhere to social distancing.
WHAT IS AN ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS?
An Acceptance of Terms ( AofT) is a legal document to confirm that the participant accepts the inherent risks involved with bouncing on our trampolines. This must be completed for every participant.
The A of T MUST BE completed online prior to arrival to the park. There is no longer an A of T station due to Covid-19 measures.
A of T's are only valid for a 2 week period at present.
Remember - No permission, No bouncing!
WHO CAN SIGN AN ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS?
An Acceptance of Terms ( A of T) must be completed for every participant on the trampolines.
Everyone 16 years old and over can sign their own A of T.
Anyone 15 years and below requires the signature of a parent or legal guardian (+18 Years Old)
Without a valid signed A of T then the participant will be refused entry to the arena.
We encourage signing A of T's online prior to travel to the park to ensure the quickest check in.
CAN I JUMP WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION?
We advise that any participant with a medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline to consult a doctor prior to booking.
Please ensure the list of medical conditions has been reviewed thoroughly on the online AofT before signing the document.
Jumping whilst pregnant is not permitted for the safety of the mother and the unborn child.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We encourage comfortable clothing and ALL sharp objects such as belts, earrings etc be removed. Active wear is perfect and allows for the best range of movement.
Whilst we encourage people not to wear glasses where possible, we do permit glasses to be worn on the main arena.
Spring City gripper socks must be worn by all participants.
CAN I CANCEL?
General Bookings (including all sessions)
Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours’ notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full refund via the same method of payment.
Any cancellation made within 24 hours (but not less than 3 hours) prior to the start of the session booked must be rearranged to a more convenient time. This booking will not be eligible for a refund. If then a rearranged booking is made and cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, this will also not be eligible for a refund.
Any cancellation made with less than 3 hours notice of the start of the session booked will not be refunded or moved to an alternative day or time. Any alternative bookings will be subject to the normal admission prices.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
No, currently our lockers are out of action due to Covid-19 procedures. We advise that customer travel light to the park and bring minimal personal belongings.
If all of the party is jumping then a clean sanitised bucket will be provided for belongings. This can be kept at the side of the trampolines but all valubles are left at the owners risk.
Belongings can be left with a spectator if preferred.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes, we have 80+ free car parking spaces.
WHAT OTHER FACILITIES DO YOU OFFER?
CURRENTLY CLOSED - The facility boasts a soft play area for youngsters 4 and under.
CURRENTLY CLOSED -A 10 consoles gaming rooms including Xbox and PS4's ( suitable for over 6's)
CURRENTLY CLOSED - An entertainment arcade.
Two disabled toilets and baby changing facilities.
A Mezzanine Cafe with both hot and cold beverages and child and adult menus.
A customer lift enabling pushchair and wheelchair access.
A gradient front entrance which allows for wheelchair access.
DO I NEED TO BRING PRINTED CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING?
Confirmation can be brought on a smart device if printing is not available.
