Amendment and Cancellation Policy for Spring City

If you are unable to make your pre-booked session at Spring City, contact must be made to the Park on the following number 0151 958 0393 to arrange cancellation or amendment. All conditions to the arrangements are set out below:

1.0 General Bookings (including all sessions)

1.1 Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours’ notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full refund via the same method of payment.

1.2 Any cancellation made up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session booked must be rearranged to a more convenient time. This booking will not be eligible for a refund. If a rearranged booking is made and cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, this will also not be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Any cancellation made with less than 3 hours’ notice of the start of the session booked will not be refunded or moved to an alternative day or time. Any alternative bookings will be subject to the normal admission prices.


2.1 All participants MUST complete an Acceptance of Terms form prior to entering the arena, this will need to be completed by an adult over the age of 18 years old. Please note, failure to sign the Acceptance of Terms will result in refusal to enter the park.
2.2 All guests entering the trampoline arena MUST wear Spring City Gripper socks. Shoes or non-Spring City socks are strictly prohibited.
2.3 The duration of the session is 1 hour. Customers are advised to arrive 20 minutes early to ensure they are on the trampolines in time for their assigned slot.
2.4 All participants must watch the safety video prior to entering the arena
2.5 All guests must adhere to the rules of the park at all times.
2.6 An adult must remain on site at all times for participants under age of 12.
