IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
For our open bounce sessions we have a minimum age of 4 policy.
However, anyone aged 4 and below are welcome to join us during our Family Time session (adult required) or during a Toddler Time session, which are for children of walking age, up to 5 years old.
Children of 12 years and under must have a parent/guardian on site at all times.
IS THERE A WEIGHT/HEIGHT RESTRICTION?
Yes, as with all trampolines there is a weight limit, ours is 17.5 stone. There is no limit on height.
ARE SOCKS REQUIRED?
Yes, Spring City gripper style socks must be worn by all participants to maximise safety and ensure hygiene. These can be purchased at £1.50 a pair and can be re-used.
WHAT IS AN ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS?
It is a legal document to confirm that the participant accepts the risks involved with bouncing on our trampolines. This must be completed for every participant.
Remember - No permission, No bouncing!
WHO CAN SIGN AN ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS?
Everyone over the age of 16 years old can sign their own A of T, 16 years and below requires the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
No signed A of T will result in refusal to the arena.
CAN I JUMP WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION?
We advise that any participant with a medical condition that may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline must consult a doctor prior to booking.
All medical conditions must be reported on the A of T.
CAN I JUMP IF I AM PREGNANT?
No, this is for the safety of the mother and the unborn child.
SHOULD I BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Yes, we can ONLY guarantee a space if you book in advance. We would advise to always book in advance to avoid disappointment.
We have a limited number of spaces for every hourly slot.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please ensure you arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your booking slot. This way there will be no delays in having a safety briefing and getting you on the park.
Note: If participants are late then they will only be allowed on the arena for the remainder of the allocated time.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We encourage comfortable clothing and ALL sharp objects such as belts, earrings etc be removed.
Spring City gripper socks must be worn by all participants.
CAN I WEAR GLASSES?
Whilst we encourage people not to wear glasses if possible, we do allow glasses to be worn on the main arena.
CAN I CANCEL?
1.0 General Bookings (including all sessions)
1.1 Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours’ notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full refund via the same method of payment.
1.2 Any cancellation made up to 24 hours prior to the start of the session booked must be rearranged to a more convenient time. This booking will not be eligible for a refund. If a rearranged booking is made and cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, this will also not be eligible for a refund.
1.3 Any cancellation made with less than 3 hours’ notice of the start of the session booked will not be refunded or moved to an alternative day or time. Any alternative bookings will be subject to the normal admission prices.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
Yes, we have lockers available on site that can be used in a first come first served basis. Lockers are free to use.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes, we have 80+ free car parking spaces.
ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED ON SITE?
No only guide dogs.
Can other park socks be worn?
No, unfortunately ONLY Spring City gripper socks may be worn at the park. These can be purchased at reception for £1.50 a pair or during your online booking journey.
Is there anything to do for under 4's?
Yes, we now have an accommodating soft play area for children 4 and under. All children must be supervised on the equipment at all times.
Do I need to bring a printed confirmation?
Confirmation can be brought on a smart device if printing is not available.
